Free Student Places at RITE Conference
September 17, 2008 by ninaThe SDC is sponsoring 12 free tickets for students to attend the 2nd annual RITE Group Conference on Sustainable Textile and Clothing, taking place on 7 October 2008. These are being offered to students from SDC Patron Colleges in the first instance- that includes London College of Fashion. This conference provides a forum for delegates from academia, industry, environmental interest groups, government, design and media to discuss the environmental challenges facing the textile industry, with the aim of driving forward the sustainable and ethical production of textiles and apparel throughout the global supply chain.
