Workshops and Development

We offer training and brand development through a series of workshops delivered in collaboration with London College of Fashion short course provider Artscom.

These courses cover key areas relating to fashion and sustainability and are delivered as day-long intensive training sessions covering the following areas:

Sustainability – The impact on design and products

This day is suitable for anyone who is involved at the product conception stage, e.g. designers, business owners, product developers.

The day will provide an insightful overview of the issues related to sustainability in fashion and an exploration of innovative approaches to sustainable design and development for fashion products and services.

Sustainability – The impact on prodution

This day is suitable for anyone who is involved in the development, manufacture or sourcing of fashion products, e.g. production managers, buyers, garment technologists, business owners, product developers, fabric developers/sourcers.

The day explores best practice in production and manufacture and looks at the role of materials in an overall sustainability strategy.

Sustainability – The impact on marketing and communication

This day is suitable for anyone who is involved in the communication of fashion products and brands, e.g. marketing managers, brand managers, buyers, visual merchandisers, business owners, web designers.

The day will explore how sustainability can inform and enhance the brand story and subsequent communication. The day will also look at the market for sustainable fashion products and key commercial opportunities.

We also offer bespoke training opportunities tailored to the needs of larger retailers and brands.
