For the second year running retailer H&M has teamed up with the organisation Designers Against Aids to spread the message of safe sex to young people. Twenty-five per cent of the sales price will be donated to youth HIV/Aids awareness projects. The collection, which is for both men and women, will go on sale in H&M’s youth Divided department from May 28. Dita Von Teese, Roisin Murphy, Yoko Ono, Katy Perry and CSF’s favourite Katharine Hamnett are among the artists, celebrities and designers joining forces with the retailer to create T-shirts, T-shirt dresses and vests.

“The designs have a real Eighties feel to them – there’s a lot of white, bright colours and grafitti-like prints,” says H&M’s head of design Ann-Sofie Johansson, explaining: “Fighting Aids is always of great importance and H&M is overwhelmed with enthusiasm and the commitment from each and every celebrity involved in this collection.”
