Centre for Sustainable Fashion presents:
Fashioning the Future Summit
London College of Fashion, London 27-28 October 2008
Plans are well underway for the Fashioning the Future Conference and Catwalk show next week.
On Monday evening, designers from around the world will present their ethical collections at the catwalk show and be judged by BFC Chairman Harold Tillman, fashion writer, broadcaster and CSF ambassador Caryn Franklin, Colin McDowell and Creative Director of the ethical fashion label Adili, Sim Scavazza.
Then on Tuesday, the Centre for Sustainable Fashion is inviting key industry informers and decision makers to debate the question: Can fashion bring about a long term lifecycle change to move us towards a more sustainable economy and better lives?
This will hopefully prompt a wider awareness of sustainable and ethical fashion within the industry and for consumers and ultimately decide how sustainable fashion will change and evolve in the future.
